Insurelinx is a web based technology platform which allows our agent partners the ability to simplify communications between their own direct appointed carriers and/or our internal underwriting department. The system significantly reduces time spent marketing accounts to prospective participating carriers. Insurelinx uses real-time messaging to communicate directly with underwriters, manage documents, complete applications and provide carrier specific forms.

Insurelinx is working with several insurance carriers to manage inbound submissions and deliver electronic policies and endorsements. Our system is a unique platform designed to work with multiple insurers without the need for total integration. Insurelinx delivers complete submission data, eliminates ineligible accounts, tracks submissions, streamlines and records communications, and provides the ability to update eligible class codes in real time. Our document management system is designed to assist with Policy deliverance to reduce postage and handling charges.

Insurelinx is designed to work with insurance professionals nationwide to simplify the submission and underwriting process with their own Carrier or Broker Network. Insurelinx has the capability of allowing insureds/clients to store and maintain important document information and the ability to request quotes from participating agencies for a wide variety of coverages. An insured/client may also submit necessary underwriting information and store agency related documents. The document management system allows companies and individuals a secure site for storage on our secure servers.
